Mr. Popalzai announces Eid-ul- Azha on September 24th.

The local Ruet-e-Hilal Committee in Peshawar has decided that Eid-ul-Azha will be observed in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on September 24, as moon has not been sighted on Sunday. A meeting of the local crescent-sighting body headed by Mufti Shahabuddin Popalzai was held in Masjid Qasim Ali Khan for deciding the start of the month of Zul Hajjah.

Mr. Popalzai said that in his Ruet-e-Hilal Committee meetings. which were held in 9 other districts, for receiving reports of moon sighting. He added that they did not receive any evidence of moon sighting from any part of KPK, hence they decided that Eid-ul-Azha will be observed on the 24th of this month.

A state within the state
A state within the state

Why the government is still failed to establish his writ in KPK?

If there is no evidence of sighting moon in any part of the country which is also accepted by Mulla Popalzai, then how his announcement for the decision of holy month of Zul-Hajjah on 15th and Eid-ul-Azha on 24th in this month could be justified in Islam?

Who has given him this authority to change the basic law of Islam and why the government is still failed to establish his writ against these kinds of law breakers and blasphemers of Islam?

Who they are? And why they are allowed to do these acts from a long time in the big city of KPK?

Why he is allowed to create mischief (fitna) in Islam to increase division within Islam and making fool to the millions of his followers in KPK Province just following the untrue traditions of Saudia in Pakistan.?

Who allowed him to create another mischief to establish independent Raviet-e-Hillal Committee against the Federal Government’s Committee?

It is an act of having state within the state?

Mr. Shaha-ud-Din Popalzai challenged to the Federal Government of Pakistan and his act is manifested proof of developing divisions in Islam and Pakistan without any Islamic justification.
It is also an act of blaspheme against the law of Islam and followed by all the faith unanimously in relation to the sighting of moon and of the Islamic Calendar.

What to do next?

These kinds of Masajid are not allowed to establish in Qur’an and were called Masjid-e-Zrrar, which was established to create mischief in Islam, and Allah wants to demolish these kinds of Masajid immediately by force.

Arrest them collectively in the law of blaspheme before Eid –ul-Azha and establish your writ positively to save the illiterate followers of these kinds of blasphemers in Islam. They are also spoiling the name of Islam in our globe.

Indian Agency RAW is directly involved, MQM leader critically injured.

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Rashid Godil has been critically injured as his car came under attack in Bahadurabad area of Karachi on Tuesday, as political negotiations involving his party began.

According to initial reports, four unidentified men on motorcycles opened fire at Godil’s car when he was on his way to party headquarters, Nine Zero, for a meeting with JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rahman. Godil suffered six bullet wounds.

“Godil’s driver, Abdul Mateen, succumbed to his injuries while the MQM leader is critically injured and being operated,” SSP East Javed Jiskani said. “Godil was targeted after being identified,” he added.

“The incident happened at around 10:30am,” he added. Godil and his driver were shifted to Liaquat National Hospital.

Further, the SSP said, “9mm pistols were used in the attack and eight bullet shells were recovered from the crime scene.”

The attack comes as the JUI-F chief arrived at Nine Zero to hold negotiations and convince MQM lawmakers to return to Parliament. The meeting between the two parties is under way despite the incident.

“The attack is an attempt to sabotage talks,” MQM spokesperson Aminul Haque said.

Addressing the media outside the hospital, MQM leader Muhammad Hussain appealed to the nation to pray for Godil.

“The incident is not only condemn able but also raises serious concerns about the efficacy of the ongoing Karachi operation,” he said.

The MQM leader claimed that Godil was not provided any security by the government. “It is a thought-provoking moment for those who claim that peace has been restored in Karachi,” he added.

“MQM had been raising these concerns in the Parliament and provincial assembly but the government did not pay any heed to our suggestions.”

Meanwhile, MQM chief Altaf Hussain condemned the attack and expressed grief over the demise of Godil’s driver. In a statement issued from his London’s office, Altaf appealed to the nation to pray for Godil’s recovery.

Our opinion on this issue is very clear that Indian Intelligence Agency RAW is directly involved behind this incident to increase unrest in Karachi against the efforts of Pakistan Rangers stated by our Chairman Prof Dr S A Abbas.

Punjab Home Minister Col (r) Shuja Khanzada was killed in a suicide attack

Punjab Home Minister Col (r) Shuja Khanzada was killed in a suicide attack at his political office in Attock’s Shadi Khan area on Sunday, Punjab government officials have confirmed. At least 15 other people were also killed along with the minister while at least 30 others are said to be critically injured and buried under the rubble of the building after the blast caused the roof of the building to collapse.
col shuja
Between 50-100 people were estimated to have been in attendance at the jirga being held at Khanzada’s political office. Many of them were buried underneath the wreckage as the entire structure had been razed to the ground by the explosion.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Hazro Syed Shoukat Shah was among the dead recovered from the site. Ten other policemen who are yet to be rescued were present at the scene when the blast occurred.
Intelligence sources claimed that banned Sunni terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) has taken responsibility of the suicide attack on Khanzada. They claimed that Khanzada was under threat following the killing of LeJ chief Malik Ishaq in July.
The home minister had recently claimed that Lashkar-e-Jhangvi’s feared leader Malik Ishaq had been taken down under the National Action Plan, a statement that seemingly went unnoticed in the press and was contradictory to the police’s statement that the dreaded terror chief and his close aides, including his two sons had been killed by firing of their own colleagues during an attempt to rescue him from police custody in Muzafffarabad last month.
Shuja Khanzada was given charge of the home department in Oct 2014. He previously held positions as Provincial Minister Punjab and Advisor to the Chief Minister Punjab.

H e must be awarded the most highest award of bravery in Pakistan and a peace award on International level to provide peace and harmony to our globe stated by our Chairman Prof Dr S A Abbas in is special message sent for International Media.

The Nobel Peace Prize for 2014 for Malala Yousafzay of Pakistan

norway The Norwegian Nobel Committee has decided that the Nobel Peace Prize for 2014 is to be awarded to Kailash Satyarthi and Malala Yousafzay for their struggle against the suppression of children and young people and for the right of all children to education. Children must go to school and not be financially exploited. In the poor countries of the world, 60% of the present population is under 25 years of age. It is a prerequisite for peaceful global development that the rights of children and young people be respected. In conflict-ridden areas in particular, the violation of children leads to the continuation of violence from generation to generation. Showing great personal courage, Kailash Satyarthi, maintaining Gandhi’s tradition, has headed various forms of protests and demonstrations, all peaceful, focusing on the grave exploitation of children for financial gain. He has also contributed to the development of important international conventions on children’s rights. Despite her youth, Malala Yousafzay has already fought for several years for the right of girls to education, and has shown by example that children and young people, too, can contribute to improving their own situations. This she has done under the most dangerous circumstances. Through her heroic struggle she has become a leading spokesperson for girls’ rights to education. The Nobel Committee regards it as an important point for a Hindu and a Muslim, an Indian and a Pakistani, to join in a common struggle for education and against extremism. Many other individuals and institutions in the international community have also contributed. It has been calculated that there are 168 million child labourers around the world today. In 2000 the figure was 78 million higher. The world has come closer to the goal of eliminating child labour. The struggle against suppression and for the rights of children and adolescents contributes to the realization of the “fraternity between nations” that Alfred Nobel mentions in his will as one of the criteria for the Nobel Peace Prize. Oslo, 10 October 2014.

Malala Yousafzay and Kailash Satyarthi have decided to work together for interfaith harmony and development of peace in Pakistan and India. It will be good news for neighbouring country our chairman of NPCIH said.

The violence has raised the stakes in a political standoff, in which cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan and cleric Tahir-ul-Qadri have led twin protests demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, alleging massive voting fraud in the election that brought him into office last year in the country’s first democratic transfer of power.

The protesters started regrouping at daybreak Sunday and made repeated attempts to make their way through heavy deployment of police and barricades to reach the premier’s residence. Police strengthened their lines and responded by lobbing tear gas canisters. Scores of protesters, including women, broke down a fence outside the parliament building late Saturday, enabling hundreds of people to enter the lawns and parking area, to save their lives according to an Associated Press photographer at the scene. The firing of metallic bluets have been seen and with these metallic bluets hundreds of peaceful protesters were injured from Punjab Police.

Islamabad police chief Khalid Khattak falsely blamed that the said protesters were armed wire cutters, axes.

More than 500 people – including women, children and journalists were admitted to two government hospitals in the Pakistani capital, medics and police said. The injured had wounds from tear gas shells, batons, rubber bullets and firing bullets said, who heads the capital’s main hospital.

The protests began with a march from the eastern city of Lahore on Independence Day, Aug. 14, that eventually reached Islamabad. Khan and Qadri had called for millions of protesters to join, more than 100 of thousands were peacefully joined them in Islamabad.

The protesters’ presence was a historical peaceful demonstration. On Saturday similar marches were held in Lahore and Karachi, and on Sunday huge demonstrations were held in other towns. It is still continued and the demonstrators are united against the so called government of Nawaz Sharif. An FIR is also lounged in Lahore against the Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif and their many Ministers of Muslim League (N) against the Murders of the members of Tahir ul Qadri.

This government of Nawaz Sharif in Pakistan is now badly failed and proved criminals and terrorists last night, their brutality is still continued in Islamabad and other cities of Pakistan. Peoples are looking for an immediate Military action against them.
An immediate action is required as there is a confirmed reports that government is going to take a special action against some TV channels, senior journalists including anchors and as well as against Tahir ul Qadri and Imran Khan. Mr. Javaid Hashmi of PTI is already funded by this so called democratic government. Coming night is extremely dangerous for our countries future.

Israel has lost this war and has disclosed a war crime…. Human rights report.

The UN’s top human rights official has condemned Israel’s military actions in the Gaza Strip, saying that war crimes may have been committed. Navi Pillay told an emergency debate at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva that Israel’s military offensive had not done enough to protect civilians.
Few seen of the war crime:

Israel launched its offensive on 8 July with the declared objective of stopping rocket fire from Gaza.
“There seems to be a strong possibility that international law has been violated, in a manner that could amount to war crimes,” Ms Pillay said.
However Israel, which claims the UN Human Rights Council is biased, is unlikely to co-operate with any authorised UN investigation, the BBC’s Imogen Foulke’s in Geneva reports.
Palestinians fled an Israeli ground offensive in Khan Younis on Wednesday some European and US airlines suspended flights to Israel’s Ben Gurion airport after a rocket landed nearby Israel’s Justice Minister, Tzipi Livni, said her country was acting according to international law.
“It is regrettable civilians are killed, but when we call on them to vacate and Hamas calls on them to stay, then that is what happens,” she told Israel radio. Ms Livni also described the UN Human Rights Council as an “anti-Israel” body.
‘Heart-wrenching split’
At least 1000 Palestinians and 40 Israeli soldiers have been killed in the past days of fighting, officials say. A foreign worker in southern Israel was also killed by a rocket fired from Gaza on Wednesday, police said.
The UN Says about 74% of those killed in Gaza are civilians, with medical clinics among the facilities hit by air strikes.
Kyung-wha Kang, the assistant secretary-general at the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, said civilians in Gaza had no safe to place to go “as 44% of the land has been declared a ‘no-go zone’ by the Israeli army”.
“Families are taking the heart-wrenching decision to split to different locations – mother and son to one; father and daughter to another – hoping to maximise the chance one part of the family survives.”
Ms Pillay said an attack on a Gaza beach that killed several children may have violated humanitarian law
Three civilians in Israel and 29 Israeli soldiers have been killed over the last few days.

israel war crime

There was heavy fighting in the town of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip on Wednesday. At least five people died in an air strike in the town overnight. An Israeli soldier was also killed. Witnesses say around 8,000 Palestinians, some waving white flags, are fleeing in a state of panic following a ground incursion by Israeli troops, the BBC’s Paul Adams in Gaza reports.
A Palestinian woman whom the BBC filmed being pulled from the rubble of a Gaza blast on Sunday also died from her injuries, her doctor said. Ten of her relatives were killed in the blast.
Meanwhile US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Israel on Wednesday to try to help negotiate a truce.
UN Human Rights boss Navi Pillay says Israel’s military actions in Gaza “could amount to war crimes”
Mr Kerry flew by military plane to Ben Gurion airport near Tel Aviv. Several US and European airlines continue to suspend civilian flights into Israel after a rocket from Gaza landed near the airport.
German airline Lufthansa announced on Wednesday it would extend the ban for another 24 hours.
Referring to a 16 July Israeli air strike that killed children playing on a beach in Gaza, Ms Pillay said “the disregard for international humanitarian law and for the right to life was shockingly evident”.
She also condemned rocket attacks from Gaza into Israel, accusing Hamas and other armed Palestinian groups of failing to observe “the principles of distinction and precaution”.
Are Israeli air strike warnings effective? The BBC examines footage from both sides
Despite her condemnation of Hamas attacks on Israel, Ms Pillay clearly views Israel’s actions in Gaza as disproportionate, our correspondent says.
Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that we shall continue to kill the civilians, children, schools and hospitals etc.
There is no need of any further evidence, it is disclosed clearly that Israelites are looking forward their dream of greater Israel but their dream will not be fulfilled because every new born of Gaza and Palestinian will be kind of a Hitler for Israel.
